Bookings

Corporate: Cold Breakfasts, Luncheons and Dinners require 48 hours notice for bookings. Hot meals require 72 hours notice. Last minute requests will try to be accommodated; however, menu options may be limited and at our discretion. Don't assume we can't do it; always call and ask first.

If your company requires a Purchase Order for payment, we must receive the Purchase Order Number prior to your event's delivery date. All accounts will be invoiced. New Clients will be required to pay Cash or Check for their first-time order upon delivery of goods.

Residential: All events require at least 2 weeks notice for bookings. Of course, if you are set on a particular date, always book in advance to insure date is reserved. Weddings need to be booked
4-6 months in advance. A 20% deposit is required in order to book your event and hold your date. Balance is expected at the time of delivery of all goods. Final headcounts are due 8 days prior to your event. An increase in headcount is acceptable 3 days prior to event. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests in addition to funeral repasts.

BBQ Picnic bookings require at least 3-4 weeks notice


Cancellation Policy

Corporate: Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to event for hot buffets and 48 hours prior to event for cold buffets.
Residential: Cancellations will be accepted 2 weeks prior to event.
Barbecues: Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 10% of contracted price for cancellations two weeks prior to event
  • 25% of contracted price for cancellations one week prior to event
  • 100% of contracted price for cancellations day of event
(Recreational Planners, Rental Agent and other services we use must be taken into consideration when cancelling an event.)


Barbecue Raindate Policy

A 72 hour notice is required to postpone to a rain date. Actual rain date must be determined upon booking and must be mutually agreed upon between all parties involved. There is a $250 surcharge for Rain Dates, unless other arrangements have been discussed.


Payment Options

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Administrative fees apply for all credit card transactions.

Additional Charges

Missing items such as non-disposable serving utensils, bowls, bread baskets, etc. will incur a replacement cost if not returned.

NJ Sales Tax added to all costs.

Delivery Charges: $25.00 per delivery (May be higher if location is out of our region)

Food Set Up

All packages include:
Heavy-duty plasticware, paper products and disposable tablecloths for food set-up.
For packages containing coffee service, coffee cups are provided along with creamers, sugars and stirrers.

There is no deposit or extra charge for use of our chafing sets. We will deliver and set up all foods and return to pick up our equipment on an agreed upon date. You are more than welcome to pick up your own food and equipment and return to our office after event is over. This will save you $25.00 delivery charge.
