In 1973, he decided to try his hand in the catering business and had part of the butcher shop converted into a small kitchen. My mom, Mary Ann, a gourmet Italian cook whose dream was to be in the catering business, joined my dad, and hence, Giuliano’s Catering Service was born! Within 3 years, the business grew so successful that the need to expand came into play. The process began of remodeling the shop into a full service catering establishment. With our culinary expertise and superior level of service, coupled with a strong family commitment to excellence, we are confident that we will surpass your highest expectations! All our foods are homemade! Our staff consists of family members, relatives and good friends all with the same personal commitment to excellence. In 2001 we opened our newest location in East Hanover, NJ, a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of an ever expanding customer base.
